Weekend Detox Start




So to begin with a healthy diet and lifestyle, in my opinion the best way to get started is to do a at least 2 day detox. The whole point of a detox is to cleanse all the bad things from you system and also for me it helps to get rid of unhealthy cravings. Some people think that detox are to quickly drop a lot of pounds but that is not true. If you only detox for 2 days a couple pounds (mostly water weight) than go back to your old eating habits it'll all come back just like that. So basically start out with a detox to beat cravings and than eat healthy after that. To me a detox is just eating natural and having no sugar and extra chemical added. Here's what I recommend.

  • Drink 8 cups of water a day (you need to pee out all the unhealthy things)
  • Spend most of your day eating Fruits and Vegetables 
  • Eat something every 2 hours
  • Drink natural smoothies 
  • For dinner eat baked fish, or chicken with a side of vegetables. (Make sure there were no chemicals added)
  • Drink NATURAL green tea
  • GET A FULL NIGHTS SLEEP!
